Description: To honor the 100th Anniversary of the Rudolph Wurlitzer Company the original volume from 1925 was reprinted in 1956. This volume, following the example of its own tasty recipes, has been enriched by a blend of fresh ingredients. To this fine old collection a host of new recipes has been added -- compiled at the suggestion of Wurlitzer President R.C. Rolfing and contributed by the wives of the men who guided the Company in 1956.
All of the recipes which appeared in the original 1925 edition have been included although some of them are intended for your reading pleasure rather than for any actual use in today's kitchen. These include recipes which have been outdated by present day techniques and equipment which necessitate far fewer ingredients.
