World's Modern Cook Book - 1932 Vintage Cookbook is a nice piece of culinary nostalgia. One of our favorite sections of this book is the kitchen equipment and "modern stoves." Recipes includ a shopping list or ingredients list along with a list of equipment needed for each whether it be utensils, pans, etc. Recipes are mainly simple classics.

Description: World's Modern Cook Book is a nice example of how vintage cookbooks relay a piece of our history. This book is a great find--one we haven't offered in the past. It has a nice art deco style design of the 30s. The interior is mainly copy though as noted above, there is a wonderful section of equipment with photos that is fun to page through and read.

Condition: Good condition with some wear. Opening page has black marker that crosses out an inscription. Binding mesh showing on copyright spread. Pages overall in nice condition--a few have creases and/or frays and one page has a faded stain. Boards have some light indentations, but are further in good shape for the age.
