Waioli Cookbook 2 - Waioli Tea Room and Salvation Army Honolulu

Waioli Cookbook 2 was compiled by the Honolulu Salvation Army's Waioli Tea Room Restaurant which was established in 1922 to teach girls in their care the fundamentals of homemaking. The tea room and its beautiful tropical shrubbery is a favorite place both with tourists and residents alike. Recipes contain the name of their respective contributor. Dishes like Waioli Fried Chicken, Meat Pastries, Frikadeller, and Guava Cream Pie, are some of the cookbook's many recipe delights.
