The tea room and its beautiful tropical shrubbery is a favorite place both with tourists and residents alike. Recipes contain the name of their respective contributor. Dishes like Waioli Fried Chicken, Meat Pastries, Frikadeller, and Guava Cream Pie, are some of the cookbook's many recipe delights.
