Additional Details

Description: The Ethel Epstein Ein Chapter of Hadassah in Montreal, Canada compiled members' recipes in Treasure for my Daughter. The cookbook contains menus and recipes for the Jewish festivals and holidays. Chapters are broken out by holiday and detailed on observance introduces each of them. Recipes offer a comprehensive range of Jewish dishes from Kugels to Chopped Livers (including a "Mock" version... my favorite). Additionally there is a large chapter of miscellaneous Jewish recipes that fall outside of the holidays.
