Description: Dolphin Days came to be on the first birthday of a dolphin calf born at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. It is a tradition in Hawaii to celebrate a first birthday with a 'Baby Luau', as a celebration of life; and the first Dolphin Days was that birthday party. 

Over the years, this event has become renowned for the spectacular culinary array displayed by celebrated chefs. What better way to commemorate the tenth year of this event than with an exceptional cookbook.
