Additional Details

Description: Taste of Chicago is one of Chicago's biggest and most popular summer festivals. A chief attraction of "Taste" is the great food. It provides a sampling of the many ethnic cuisines available in Chicago, a city where one can find and enjoy virtually every type of cooking on earth.

In response to the many requests from festival-goers, the Mayor's Office of Special events put together the first Taste of Chicago Cookbook. It contains dozens of recipes contributed by Taste of Chicago participating restaurants, as well as some donated by smaller, but no less wonderful, dining favorites.
