Description: This book is dedicated to all the fantastic cooks from Bigfork, Montana and surrounding areas who, every October, share their collective ideas for recipes that they hope will outdo one another and earn for them the Chefs Toque, an Apron, a Spoon or a Good Cook Ribbon. 

We have compiled this book from recipes submitted over the past fifteen years and, with the desire to make this a well-rounded creation, have asked many of these same good cooks to give us recipes in the categories not featured in the Tamarack Time! lineup.
