Description: After many years of traveling to New York with my career, I decided to retire to the country and start a business of my own. Being with people and entertaining were top priorities for my new adventure. So, I opened "Rosebriar" twelve years ago to enable me to do both, but with a unique twist; let me cater the party in my home.
My husband and I designed "Rosebriar," our home, to fulfill my dream. A modern home built to look like an old planters cottage; set off on a dirt road overlooking a large pond and surrounded by trees, old fashioned gardens, and of course, roses.
I wanted to pamper my guests with great food and a unique dining experience that included fine china, silver, linens and fresh flowers in a warm, inviting Southern atmosphere.
