Description: Nicole Ellis was born in the Florida Keys with Cystic Fibrosis. Her parents, Gary and Susan, decided to dedicate their skills and energy to raising money to find a cure. They created the Redbone Celebrity Tournament Series, the annual series of fishing tournaments in the Keys that attracts celebrities and anglers from the world over. Gary and Susan's work and dedication inspired us to develop this cookbook, a collection of favorite recipes submitted by participants and supporters of The Redbone.
