The Qvorvm Restaurant Denver, Colorado cookbook is signed by Chef Pierre Wolfe, the owner of the restaurant. This scarce little cookbook contains recipes from a fine Denver restaurant that has now closed. The Qvorvm restaurant was located inside The Argonaut Hotel at Grant and Colfax in Denver. The waitstaff evidently sang to the patrons of the restaurant according to some factoids we dug up on this very rare cookbook.
