The Presbyterian Church of Chinatown, San Francisco published Cooking Through Generations cookbook. It celebrates the 150th anniversary of the Church by sharing Chinese recipes from its members that were handed down through generations or adapted. Baked Char Sui Bow, Steamed Vegetables with Thai Peanut Sauce, Eight Flavored Shrimp, Chinese Beef Stew and many more recipes fill the cookbook's pages.
