Description: The Peppertrees Bed & Breakfast is located in the West University Historic District of Tucson, two short blocks from the main gates of the University of Arizona and on the route of the old trolley line that connected the University to the downtown.
It is a unique Territorial home built about 1905 when Arizona was still only a territory. The front of the house is dominated by two large California Peppertrees believed to be as old as the house itself.
The recipes inside are from Peppertrees, mostly breakfast and brunch dishes, along wtih baked goods.----
