The book is near and dear to Cookbook Village as we lived in Holland prior to moving to the States and spot all of our favorites from Olie Bollen to Erwtensoep, to Bieten Met Appelen (Beets with Apples) and even Nasi Goreng, an Indonesian rice dish that is delicious.
