For the most part, recipes herein are original recipes by Naquin. Some recipes have names familiar to us all that have been served for decades in restaurants all over the world, but Paul Naquin who has studied cooking extensively and is always trying to improve taste and methods has applied his knowledge to some of the old well-known dishes to come up with his own versions. 

The main purpose behind this cookbook is to give its owners a collection of fine gourmet French seafood dishes that are simple to prepare and serve. The book also contains many complete planned meals, from appetizers to desserts. 


Condition: Cover has some rubbing and worn edges, corners and a torn spiral hole punch. A page or two have creases. Further good condition.
