Old Pennsylvania Dutch Recipes Cookbook - Wood Covers
Pennsylvania Dutch Cook Book Fine Old Recipes from Culinary Arts Press was published in the mid-30s and produced in several different covers. Our listing is for a printing with wood board covers on the outside and a softcover red cover inside with the oval shape surrounding a female in a red dress with white apron. It was printed sometime in the 1940's (1936 is stated inside but that is not the printing year). These are collectible. Collectors of CAP cookbooks will enjoy adding this to their collection. The wood cover board editions are harder to find (though not "scarce" as some claim it to be).
