Hopefully, our history and our recipes will be passed on to the next generation Alex, Julia, Katie, Ryan, Alyssa, Brandon, Nicole, James, Sean and all descendants of the Haddad and Gebara clan. I do hope all of you will take as much pleasure in reading the book as I did in writing it. I know you will all make wonderful cooks -- It is instinctive in a Lebanese family. Just always bear in mind -- cooking is an art -- paint your own dishes by altering any recipe to your taste!
