The menus and recipes were contributed by members of the Junior League of Montclair - Newark, New Jersey. The menu section is divided into seven parts, each of which is devoted to a particular category of entertaining. Included are out-of-the-ordinary ideas for festive breakfasts, special occasion brunches, luncheons and picnics, holiday buffets, cocktail parties, traditional dinners, and midnight suppers. A special additional section at the end gives you a choice of different recipes which may be substituted for the ones suggested in the menus.
