Nicholas Tselementes, Greek Cookery is a special and sought-after cookbook collectible. Tselementes was the author of what was considered to be the first cookbook in modern Greek. He is considered the "founder of Greek cooking as known today." He was also was the executive chef at the legendary St. Moritz Hotel that was located at 50 Central Park South in New York City. The restaurant was the Cafe de la Paix ... New York's first sidewalk cafe.
