Eastern Star Cook Book - Sheboygan Chapter Wisconsin 1948

The Eastern Star Cook Book from the Sheboygan Chapter 139 in Wisconsin was published in 1948. This is a great vintage community cookbook with an almost art deco typeface used for the design. The recipes each contain the name of their respective contributor. We spot some amazing desserts like Vienna Torte and Maple Mousse. The desserts come first in the book so on to some of the main dishes.... We see a Tri-Meat Roll-Up, Cranberry Meat Loaf, My Mother's Old-Time Mince Meat, and a Ginger Ale Salad (We've never heard of that dish before so we had to mention it).
