Description: The Dunkard-Dutch Cook Book presents over 400 hundred recipes gathered from Dunkard and other Pennsylvania Dutch. Included are nearly 150 recipes which were collected from sisters of the Church of the Brethren earlier known as Dunkards. Some of the Dunkard recipes appeared in the 1901 edition of the Inglenook Magazine Cook Book.
