Description: Cooking The Inn Way cookbook reflects the heritage and growth of culinary skill at The Inn at Honey Run in Millersburg, Ohio. Over a period of five years, the Honey Run selected recipes for a cookbook based on guest requests.
The original three ring vinyl binder called Our Cookbook came with 44 recipes. In 1991 they added 14 recipes. Then, in 1993 they added the final 13 recipes. Our Cookbook is complete and has been reprinted as Cooking The Inn Way.
Cookbooks reflect life. Therefore, a cookbook is never finished. Tastes change. There are always better recipes to be found or invented. Excellence is not measured in quantity, but quality.
