Description: Chocolate Artistry offers all lovers of chocolate the delights of molding this most delectable of candies into a variety of designs and shapes; decorating cakes, cookies, and other baked goods; and designing creative art forms beautifully and easily. With clear, easy-to-understand instructions and color photographs, chocolate specialist Elaine Gonzalez shows how you can go beyond simple molding and basic decorating to create masterpieces in chocolate. Step-by-step illustrations give even the most inexperienced hand the ability to pipe bittersweet filigree butterfly wings, three-dimensional swans, and an impressive selection of chocolate and confectionary flowers.
Chocolate Artistry shows you how to create chocolate miniatures with a variety of ingredients, such as fruits, nuts, raisins, and coconut. Holidays and special occasions are celebrated in very unusual chocolate ways: personalized lollipops and greeting cards; a unique haunted house complete with free-form ghouls and goblins; elegant cakes and cookies touched with dramatic chocolate accents; and such creative centerpieces as a treeful of dipped strawberries!
