You will find kugels for every occasion and under the Passover section, special kugel recipes that are pesachdik. Favorite recipes have been included lie knidlach (matzah balls), gefilte fish, and chicken soup for Shabbat, tzimmes for Sukkot, hamantaschen for Purim, latkes for Hanukah, blintzes for Shavuot, gefilte fish for Passover and holishkes (sweet and sour stuffed cabbage) for Rosh Hashana.
