Spring and summer bring a bounty of fruits and vegetables, all prominently featured on the menu. With fall comes corn, duck, and nuts. And when winter arrives, the menu turns to the sea, as the local fish are at their prime. No matter the season, Beverly creates hearty fare, designed to fill the stomachs and warm the hearts of her guests. No fussy cooking here, this is food straight from her kitchen to yours.
