Nick Stellino Signature & Bio

I came across a signed copy of Nick Stellino's Family Kitchen Cookbook where it was buried among a slew of newer cookbooks by the latest celebrity chefs. I am on occasion lucky enough to find a signed copy if patient enough to look inside the pages of dozens and dozens of books before striking collector's "gold." I've had other signed Stellino books in the past and immediately recognized his nearly 1/3 page signature that looks like another name altogether...but is distinctly Stellino.

About Nick Stellino

Nick Stellino, a former Wall Street stockbroker turned chef, was raised on the Sicilian island of Palermo. He was born on November 12, 1958 and is a popular Italian-American chef, television host and cookbook author. He moved to the United States in 1975 and followed his dream of becoming a chef in 1991. Working his way up from a dishwasher to apprenticing for top chefs including Celestino Drago of Drago Restaurant, Stellino soon was among the list of culinary celebrities. Stellino eventually entered the television cooking arena, hosting his cooking shows "Cucina Amore" and "Nick Stellino's Family Kitchen."
