This Apricot Macadamia Nut Chicken is another family favorite from the recipe files of the Cookbook Village family. It is real easy to prepare. I love this one. It's simple and a great party dish at the same time. It is really easy to prepare and guarantees requests for second helpings. Enjoy! Let me know how you like it if you make it. Comments welcomed.
