Then, some of them came up with the idea of having me write a cookbook, so that they could have a collection of all my recipes instead of just a few. They said it so many times, that they finally convinced me into it. The collection of my recipes has been in my family for many years, but has been improved continuously to suit today's tastes and needs.
The traditional Easter dinner, for example, usually consists of a whole lamb and roasting it on a spit over red-hot coals. Although this fun-filled method is in my book, I've also added a less tedious method, which is prepared in the oven, fills the kitchen with such a delectable aroma, that one can't wait to sink his teeth in a piece of that juicy, golden brown meat, not to mention the stuffing and potatoes where all of those mouth-watering juices are collecting. All this, put together with a few finishing touches, makes a captivating feast fit for kings. This is just one of the many delicious treasures found in this book.
