I have had the pleasure of dining at many celebrity-chef-owned restaurants from Wolfgang Puck restaurant Chinois on Main and Spago to Susan Feniger's Border Grill. I could only wish to dine at Todd English's Olives, an award winning restaurant in Boston and Las Vegas known for their Mediterranean/Italian-inspired dishes. My wife would take great pleasure in tasting his famous Olives Tart with goat cheese and olives. In any case, this is the third or fourth time now that I've had his cookbook, The Olives Table for sale in my eBay store Cookbook Village, but a first with Todd English's signature and inscription (see images below).
About Todd English Todd English is an award-winning chef and restaurant owner, author and TV personality based in Boston, Massachusetts. Graduating the famed Culinary Arts Institute of America (CIA) with honors, English went on to open Olives, Figs (pizzerias) and several other restaurants from New York to Boston to Las Vegas and in several places in between. Olives, his best known restaurant was voted one of the Top Ten Restaurants by Esquire magazine and English himself was earned accolades including Best Chef in the Northeast by the James Beard Foundation. English has been a guest chef on Top Chef and host of PBS's Food Trip with Todd English. Beyond his restaurants, cookbooks and television work, English launched a cookware and lifestyle product line in 2005, The Todd English Collection.
